Maintenance

We offer two levels of month-to-month service:

Chemical Only

• once a week visits

• we provide the necessary chemicals and maintain the balance of the pool

• homeowner is responsible for cleaning

Full Service

• once a week visits

• we provide the necessary chemicals and maintain the balance of the pool

• we net debris, brush the walls and tile, vacuum, empty skimmer baskets, pump pot baskets and cleaner bags

• we actively maintain the equipment and will bring necessary repairs or issues to the homeowner’s attention

We also offer the following additional services:

• one-time cleans

• filter cleans

• installation & removal of pool covers

• Preventative maintenance packages that include a filter clean, chemical balance, inspection and testing of all pool equipment, and lubing of applicable seals
